Urgent off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting after thrombolysis in patient with acute coronary syndrome

The article presents case report of coronary artery bypass grafting after thromblolysis in acute coronary syndrome. This is an interrupted acute coronary syndrome, with timely delivery of the patient to the cardiology clinics and thrombolytic therapy, having significant impact on treatment tactics in multivesses coronary arteries involvement. Coronary artery bypass grafting of 8 branches of coronary arteries has been performed. This case shows possibility and efficiency of complete off-pump myocardial revascularization after thrombolytic therapy. The survical of patients with acute coronary syndrome depends on time of the delivery and correct treatment tactics.
