Case of recurrence of left atrial myxoma with observance principles of adequacy operation

This article presents case of the recurrent left atrial myxoma, which is of interest due to unsatisfactory remote result of surgery, despite radical removal of tumor with all rules of ablation. Investigations have shown that the cause of recurrent myxoma was inadequate processing of vessels feeding the tumor.
