Surgical treatment of secondary tricuspid insufficiency

Diagnosis and surgical treatment of tricuspid insufficiency, as well as understanding the role of the right heart in the regulation of central and peripheral hemodynamics, still remains a serious problem. The article presents the anatomy of the tricuspid valve, the pathophysiology of secondary tricuspid insufficiency. This article reviews in detail kinds of plastic surgery of tricuspid valve.
