First experience with total aortic arch debranching followed by thoracic endovascular aortic repair for patient with saccular aortic arch aneurysm

We report a case report of successful hybrid surgical treatment for 60 years old patient with big saccular aortic arch aneurysm. The procedure included off-pump coronary bypass grafting with relocation of the brachiocephalic arteries to ascending aorta, at the first stage, carotid-subclavian bypass grafting with left subclavian artery ligation, at the second and thoracic endovascular aortic repair, finally.
