Prospects and possibilities of current arrhythmology in Ukraine

November 2020, the XII scientific-practical conference "Days of Arrhythmology in Kyiv" took place online, co-organized by the Department of Functional Diagnostics of the National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education named after P.L. Shupyk (now – Shupyk National University of Health of Ukraine) and the State Institution "Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine". The topic of this scientific event was mainly devoted to the main aspects of the current strategy of managing patients with atrial fibrillation from the standpoint of European recommendations in 2020. Another equally important topic was the prevention of life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias. It should be noted that the interest of doctors of various specialties in the scientific program of this arrhythmological forum remains high despite the online format - to participate in the conference pre-registered about 1 thousand doctors from different regions of Ukraine.
