ІХ Scientific and Practical Conference «Days of arrhythmology in Kyiv»: review of materials

On November 16-17, 2017, on the basis of Heart Institute, Ministry of Health of Ukraine, an annual XX Scientific and Practical Conference of the Association of Arrhythmologists of Ukraine and the All-Ukrainian Association of Specialists in Arrhythmology and Cardiac Electrophysiology "Days of Arthmology in Kyiv" was held. Within two days, representatives of the leading scientific schools and centers of cardiology discussed current trends in the diagnosis and treatment of heart rhythm disorders, the achievements and problems of Ukrainian arrhythmology. The focus of attention was focused on such socially important issues as screening of risk factors for sudden cardiac death and the establishment of implantable cardioverter defibrillators, expanding evidence for interventional treatment of atrial fibrillation, and many others.
