This work is based on the material of monitoring of patients with cardiomyopathy, who underwent a stem cell transplantation (SCT) to reduce manifestations of chronic heart failure (CHF). According to the protocol examination, all patients underwent 24-hour Holter – ECG. In this work we have analyzed the proarrhythmogenic effect of the cord blood stem cells. We have demonstrated that administration of cell preparation «Cryopreserved human cord blood cells» didn’t increased risk of life-threatening arrhythmias. Considering high probability of having substrate of arrhythmias in patients with CHF, Holter ECG monitoring has been recommended before SCT and in the early posttransplantion period.
